At Miagems, we specialize in natural jade and gemstone jewelry, including jade bangles, bead bracelets, and finely crafted pieces made from authentic, untreated stones.
Each piece is thoughtfully selected to highlight natural beauty, elegance, and timeless energy.
Returns & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in new, unworn condition (trying on is allowed)
- Item must not be dirty, damaged, or altered
- Original Miagems tag must remain attached
- Any certification tags (if included) must also remain intact
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Return Eligibility by Order Type
Return eligibility depends on the type of order.
Ready-to-ship pieces may be eligible for return or exchange within 24–48 hours of confirmed delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
Made-to-order, custom, resized, altered, final sale, and specially requested pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrives damaged or does not match its description, please refer to the “Order Issues & Item Concerns” section below.
All return requests are reviewed individually with care to ensure a fair and balanced resolution for both the client and Miagems.
Order Issues & Item Concerns
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was shown and approved, please contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
To help us review your case efficiently, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label are required. An unboxing video is strongly recommended, especially for shipping damage or missing item concerns; however, each case will be assessed fairly based on the available evidence.
All claims are carefully reviewed to ensure a fair resolution for both the client and Miagems.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet our return requirements.
In some cases, additional verification or re-certification may be required depending on the piece.
Please note that original shipping costs, return shipping fees, payment processing fees, insurance fees, expedited service fees, certification fees, and restocking fees may be non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
